As part of Campbelltown Hospital’s redevelopment, Morsen was asked to build a demountable project office that could be transported to future sites after the redevelopment is complete, in approximately four years.
Morsen designed and constructed a project office that can be separated into 4m sections and transported on Sydney’s major roads.
Health Infrastructure was specific in their request for a high level finish for the project. They did not want the traditional demountable site shed option.
The great part about this project is that by the time the four-year period is over, the rent of a demountable would have been more than the cost to build, and the customer owns the asset.
